The firm is led by its. founder, Toby Wheatley. Moved with his family to Botley in the early 1970.s where his father was the Rector till the mid 1980.s. Toby attended St. Mary.s College in Southampton and now lives in West End with his wife, Lois, and they have three children. He started his estate agency career in the commercial department of a large Southampton firm as a trainee in 1975. He moved into residential sales a year or two later and, as they say, has never looked back!

Tristan Wheatley is the senior sales negotiator and Toby.s son. Tristan attended school in Southampton and now lives in Botley village. His career started in the business in 1999 and he works with great enthusiasm and local knowledge.

Helen Brayley runs the office. Again a .local. living in Fair Oak and having worked in a Hedge End solicitors practice before joining Floyd in 1999, she brings a wealth of experience to the firm.

Mary Etheridge, a Hedge End mother of two, Yvonne Houghton, also a local mum and Ann-Christine Shiner, with two boys, provide excellent sales support and are the team to ensure the very best of independent estate agency to all Floyds clients.
